Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church Super Raffle Official Rules
The Super Raffle drawings will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at 7:00 PM in the Parish Hall of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 155 Stringer Lane, Mount Washington, KY 40047.
A Super Raffle Ticket costs $20. The Super Raffle prizes are: Grand prize: Choice of $20,000 or 2019 Ford EcoSport-S; 2nd prize: $1500; and 3rd prize: $500. The prizes will be distributed to the name as it appears on the raffle ticket stub.
Three Super Raffle tickets will be drawn in the order of: Grand prize, 2nd prize, then 3rd prize.
A maximum of 5000 Super Raffle tickets can be sold.
Raffle tickets cannot be sent through the U.S. mail. If online purchaser supplies an email address, we will email the raffle ticket stub(s) number(s). The purchaser can pick up the raffle ticket stub(s) at the Parish office during normal business hours or on the day of the Super Raffle drawing. Online raffle ticket(s) are sold to Kentucky residents only.
All Super Raffle ticket requests, with payment, must be received by the drawing date, or prior to the sale of 5000 tickets, whichever comes sooner, to be eligible for the drawings.
Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by telephone, mail, and/or email.
Any sold raffle tickets received after the drawings have been held will be returned to the purchaser and money refunded.
Winners are responsible for paying all applicable taxes or title/registration fees at time prize is claimed with proper identification. Winner acknowledges that 25% federal income tax and 6% Kentucky income tax (for Kentucky residents) will be withheld from any cash prize over $5000. St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church will remit the taxes collected to the proper taxing agency. A form W-2G will be issued to the winner with the net cash prize.
The Super Raffle proceeds benefit the new Parish Activity Center construction and renovations. St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church is a 501(c)(3) non-profit religious organization registered with the Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
