St. Francis Xavier Picnic setup HELP NEEDED!

Due to high winds in the forecast tonight we constructed only the frames tonight. We need an extra set up crew for:

8am to 9am tomorrow Thursday 6-6-19.

The crew will pull tarps over the frames (tarps are already loaded in a truck and ready), put tent legs in (already laid out and ready), put tent legs into water buckets (buckets have already been filled and placed), and ratchet tents down.

We will construct booths tomorrow, Thursday, 6-6-19 at 5:30 as scheduled.

If you can be a part of the extra Thursday am crew please let me know ASAP. We need a minimum of 8.
