The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is a welcoming journey of faith, not simply a program, but a gradual conversion of the heart. Through prayer, reflection, learning, and life within the parish community, those exploring the Catholic faith are invited to grow in relationship with Jesus Christ. Along the way, the Church marks this journey with meaningful liturgical rites that celebrate each step forward. Each period of formation offers time to listen, to ask questions, and to be shaped by God’s grace, preparing the heart for the next step. As participants move toward full communion with the Church, they are supported by catechesis, pastoral care, and the encouragement of the community, discovering that faith is not rushed, but patiently nurtured and joyfully received.
